Office Administration Apprenticeship

Duties include but not limited to:

Assisting manager with general administrative duties.

Assisting account management team with customer service in particular online sales, smart technology and access control.

Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a friendly and professional manner.

Introduction to marketing.

Supporting health and safety manager to maintain safe working environment and introducing further safety initiatives.

HR support.

Assisting finance team with general administrative duties.

This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the manager which are relevant to your role within the company to meet the overall business needs.



Training:

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will complete the following qualifications as part of your Apprenticeship:

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard Apprenticeship Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English if not already achieved You will also develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to work within an office environment

This apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace and 20% of your working time (minimum 6 hours weekly) will be dedicated towards training and learning new skills.

You will be allocated a tutor who will provide you with personal support and assessment at pre-arranged times.

Assessment is through a variety of methods including observations in the workplace, witness testimonies, product evidence and professional discussions. All evidence will be logged to your electronic portfolio.



Training Outcome:
Excellent prospects for progression to a full-time position for the right candidate

Working Hours :
Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm (30 minutes for lunch). Breaks to be confirmed
