Assistant Accountant Apprentice
Manage client invoicing, account records and payroll processing
Perform bookkeeping duties using Hubdoc, Xero (including bank reconciliations) and VAT returns
Prepare self assessment tax returns for individuals
Prepare accounts for sole traders and Limited Companies
Support client onboarding, communications and relationship management via email, phone and occasional face-to-face meetings
Contribute to improving internal systems and processes for greater efficiency
Ensure timely completion of all tasks and compliance with deadlines
Handle incoming calls and direct or record messages as needed
Provide general administrative and marketing support
Training Outcome:
After successfully completing the apprenticeship, a full-time position may be available for the right candidate. There are opportunities to build a long-term career with Knight Accountancy Ltd.

Working Hours :
Core working hours will be 30 hours per week from 9:30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. This role is office-based.
