Customer Service Apprentice
Duties will include:
Answering incoming calls Responding to emails, and follow up if necessary Responding to website live chat enquiries Liase with technical staff Processing orders Packing SIM cards Franking mail Attend exhibitions and demonstrationsTraining:
In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 2 Customer Service qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach, who will be available for support You receive 20% off the job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours
Training Outcome:
Virtually any department within the business.
We are currently a very flat structure with almost everyone doing a bit of everything.
As we grow there will be an opportunity to build and lead teams in Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and General Business Management.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm. Some Saturday mornings subject to suitable time off in lieu
