Check and monitor prescription slips
Health & Safety Responsibility
Rotation of stock
Use of Patient Record Systems and use of smart card
Data Entry relating to medication
Labelling and Dispensing

Working within a team environment
Liaison with Doctors surgery and health professionals
Completion of apprenticeship work on time

Training:

Pharmacy Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
Medicine Counter Assistant Course accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council [GPhc] (optional)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)
In-house training

All training is delivered through remote delivery.

Training Outcome:

Pharmacy Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship
A permanent position within the organisatio

Working Hours :
The working week is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and the set hours are 2.00pm to 9.00pm each day.
