Business Administration Apprentice

Join our PCN and Damage Recharge team.  You will work with another member of the team to work through the full process of assessing paperwork to recharging.

Role Includes

Scanning and saving of delivery and collection notices Logging information, mileage, fuel res details onto our rental system Checking for damage and obtaining quotes for repair Raising damage pack to corporate and retail customers Weekly reminder letters Raising the invoice to a customer Liaising with insurer and garages for repair updates Spot checking vehicles for delivery driver errors Recharging PCN to customers Querying PCN’s on behalf of customers

Training:
In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 3 business administration qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach, who will be available for support You receive 20% off the job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours

Training Outcome:

Possible job offer at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate, and further opportunities for promotion.

MVH have been trading for 16 years and have two offices, one located in Great Bar, Birmingham, and the second one in Glasgow. MVH provides relief vehicles to insurers, NHS, organisations and charities, we are predominantly B2B based and excel within our sector.
