Senior Registered Nurse – Outpatients Role: Senior Registered Nurse - Outpatients Location: Swindon Salary: Up to £35k plus benefits Hours: Full time - 37.5 per week MediTalent are recruiting on behalf of a state of the art, private hospital in Swindon for a Senior Staff Nurse in the Outpatients department in the consulting room.

This bespoke private hospital offers a range of procedures including ophthalmic, ENT, hip, knee and general surgeries – ensuring an engaging caseload.You will be working as a Senior Registered Nurse in the Consulting Room of the Outpatients department and aid in the smooth running of care provided.

You will join a dedicated and well-established team.

Your role will be to promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all Patients, Employees and Consultants, act as an advocate to more junior members of the team and where appropriate deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse/ the lead on clinical shifts.The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC/HCPC pin, a mentorship qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent), basic workload / shift management skills and at least 18 months post registration experience – experience in outpatients is desired but not essential.Benefits include:
