Customer and Neighbourhood Housing Officer 6 months' FTC
The Vacancy
We have a 6 months' secondment opportunity to work across our regional Customer & Neighbourhood teams.
Whilst we are looking for someone with some related experience (such housing, repairs, rents, state benefits etc), this role is to enable you to learn and develop your skills for a possible permanent role in the near future (subject to availability and your performance).

Where could this role take you?
Whilst this is not currently a permanent role, in a business our size and with the transformation we are going through, there is a possibility that this could either be extended, made permanent or other opportunities may arise; many of our talented colleagues started at Paradigm as temporary/interim and have gone on to forge successful careers with us.
However, if something longer term doesn't materialise, you will still gain valuable experience which will add to your employability in this and similar fields.
Your role will include ensuring high levels of service performance and customer satisfaction, identifying when specialist support and services are required to help customers sustain their tenancies.
