Brand Manager – London! Hybrid! Up to £45,000 DOE Brand ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid – 3 days on site) Salary: Up to £45,000 DEO COREcruitment is working with a multi-site brand in the heart of London! They have several locations all around London with new sites opening in 2024! They are recruiting for a Brand Manager to join their marketing team! You will be responsible for ensuring our brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition are met for all our marketing activity.Key Responsibilities:Brand Management:
Create strategic and tactical campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, conversion and in-venue spendCollaborate with PR agency to manage ongoing listings, the PR calendar and generate ideas that drive brand awareness and visitationBuild partnerships with relevant brands to drive revenue and reach new audiences Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches to execute marketing calendarLead the monthly Sales, Ops and Marketing agenda and meetingCollaborate with GM’s and local management centres to create local marketing plans and meet local marketing needsManage venue comms and distribute monthly & quarterly marketing plansLead best practice and global projects e.g.
Christmas/Holiday with our US marketing teamLead the Menu Refresh working group, liaising closely with the food and drink team to update all menus in line with seasonal changes and pricing updatesBe the voice of the guest by managing and reporting on the monthly KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities which drive NPS and CSatDevelop and manage all branded merch
Comms & Creative:
Oversee creation of marketing materials from brief to stakeholder approval including, but not limited to – menus, POS, sales and digital collateralWork with Marketing & Sales director and agencies on advertising campaigns ensuring appropriate media and targeting to audience via medium, messaging and brand tone of voiceEnsure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology across all communicationsCollaborate with the relevant teams on all mshoots to ensure we capture the engaging content needed to execute our strategyMaintain the brand’s content library with items tagged and licensed
Who you are:
Organised with great project management & problem-solving skillsFun, engaging, witty verbal storyteller with great attention to detailFinger on the pulse of culture and trendsStrong understanding of our brand & core audience3+ years of experience in creating + executing marketing campaigns and programs
Qualifications and Experience:
Must be proficient in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and PowerPointMinimum 3-5 years’ experience working in BrandExperience in Hospitality/Leisure/Entertainment/RetailProject management experience or qualification, desirable but not essential
