Production Planner

Are you an experienced production planner looking to join a growing Engineering firm? We are looking to recruit a production planner to join a long-standing and successful company in Market Deeping.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production operations are planned and coordinated to meet deadlines.

You will be expected to develop production plans per customer requirements, monitor progress to ensure all deadlines are met and provide regular feedback to the relevant departments.

You will also identify potential improvement areas and develop solutions to address them.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and customers and ensure that all production processes align with health and safety regulations.Skills and experience: To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environmentProven ability to develop and implement production plansExcellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of health and safety regulations
