Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire

Salary: £25k per annum base + Uncapped commission

Our client, a dynamic company, is seeking a full-time Tele-Sales Executive / Demonstrator to join their team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in progressing leads from various channels and converting them into sales opportunities.



The Role:

As the first point of contact for clients, you will engage in needs-based conversations, conduct product demonstrations via Teams (full training provided), and contribute to the growth of the organisation.

Requirements:

? Minimum of 1 year of experience in tele-sales is required, with a preference for candidates who possess knowledge of CCTV/Security.


Duties:

? Contact and follow up with new leads, customer requests, and partner inquiries.
? Develop new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to close leads.
? Engage clients in needs-based conversations over the phone.
? Conduct online demonstrations of solutions to address customer needs.
? Recommend and sell IT security solutions from range of services.
? Maintain accurate records and manage the client and prospect database.
? Collaborate with outsourced sales team to schedule product demonstrations using Microsoft Teams.
? Provide professional and timely responses to customer queries.
