Cath Lab/Minor Incident Team Lead Position: Cath Lab/Minor Incident Team Lead Location: Bingley Pay: up to £52,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements Hours – Full time and Part time is available – Flexible working pattern Contract – Permanent MediTalent group are recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare provider for a Cath Lab/Minor Incident Team Lead to work within their state of the art, private hospital in the Bingley area.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to join the team as a Cath Lab/Minor Procedures Lead Nurse, to act as a role model and manage your team day-day.In this key leadership role, you will oversee the efficient and effective delivery of care in the cath lab and minor procedures area, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

You will manage acre for patients that are admitted for day case cardiology investigations, such as Coronary Angiography, Insertion of Permanent Pacemakers, and Stress Echocardiography.The ideal candidate will have an NMC PIN with a minimum of 1 years of experience in cath lab nursing and/or minor procedures.

You will have a strong understanding of cath lab procedures, cardiac interventions, and related equipment.
