As a Recruitment Assistant, you’ll work as part of our close-knit team providing assistance across a variety of administrative tasks, enabling the Senior Recruitment Advisors and the Recruitment Advisors to proactively source fantastic candidates for vacancies.
You’ll be the first point of contact into the Recruitment team, handling queries from hiring managers, colleagues and external customers; you’ll have responsibility for organising the shared email inbox and responding to general queries within our SLA’s.
Using your multi-tasking skills and strong attention to detail, you’ll post vacancies on our website and other platforms (job boards and social media to include Facebook), schedule interviews and process offers for successful candidates – this can be very fast-paced so you’ll respond well to juggling and prioritising tasks.
You may also maintain databases, process invoices/raise PO's, produce reports and have involvement in the temp worker/contractor process.
What are the essential criteria?
Proven Recruitment/HR and Administrative Experience
Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in recruitment
Knowledge and understanding of the recruitment and selection life cycle
Knowledge of social media and its practical use in recruitment
Able to deliver a Recruitment service that ensures an excellent candidate experience and demonstrates customer service excellence in line with our values
