Electrical Apprenticeship

Responsible for Health and Safety of yourself and your working environment Working in new build properties, first, second fixing and finaling Working in existing properties assisting with re-wiring, PAT Testing and updating Electrical installations

Training:

Duration:

36 months practical training period, plus 6 months for End Point Assessment

Delivery model:

Work-based training with your employer Day release during term time (approximately 1 day per week for 36 months) Regular meetings with your training coordinator to monitor progress and well-being Approximately 4 on-site assessment visits per year Off the job training will count for at least 6 hours a week of an apprentice’s time at work

Qualifications included:

Level 3 Installation and Maintenance Electrician Apprenticeship City & Guilds Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification

End Point Assessment: AM2s

Isolation & Risk Assessment Composite Installation Inspection, Testing and Certification Fault Diagnosis and Rectification Applied Knowledge Test

Training Outcome:

Once qualified, there are options to progress to Site Supervisors or contracts managers.



Employer Description:
We are a large Employer with offices in Chalgrove and Devizes, we work with Developers, carrying out Plumbing, Electrical and Ground Works

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, shifts to be confirmed. 8 hours per day.
