Business Administration Apprenticeship

Customer enquiries. Arranging for customers to view cars. Receiving and recording all paperwork. Creating documents. Filing, copying and scanning. Data input onto spreadsheets. Answering the telephone. Using bespoke software to record transactions. Ensuring all documentation adheres to DVLA standards and comply with GDPR. Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail. Using email to communicate with customers. Assisting with financial transactions.

Training:

Work place apprenticeship with regular training with an North Warwickshire and Leicestershire College. At least 6 hours of your working week will be spent training or studying.

Training is delivered via online sessions every 6 weeks for 4 hours.

Training Outcome:

Admin, wages clerk, accountancy.
