Trainee Account Manager Apprentice
Make outbound calls to business owners and organisational managers to promote staff development and training opportunities.
Clearly explain available training services, including funded and commercial options, to prospective clients in a professional and informative manner.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.
Identify client needs and match them with appropriate training solutions, supporting both mandatory and best practice development.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and outcomes using internal systems.
Work closely with a team of experienced trainers and colleagues to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
Continuously develop product knowledge and communication skills through in-house training and mentoring.
Training Outcome:
Potential of a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
