Carpenter Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning the carpentry trade from skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials Help install fixtures, windows, doors, and cabinetry where applicable Use and maintain tools such as saws, drills, and levels Clean and prepare job sites and ensure work areas are safe Learn and apply carpentry techniques and safety procedures Follow instructions from carpenters and site supervisors Perform general labour duties as required

Training:

The apprentice will be paired up with another carpenter/multi-trader.

Training Outcome:

An apprentice carpenter role is a starting point for a wide range of careers. The first step is becoming a qualified carpenter. Skills include framing, finishing, cabinetry, roofing, reading blueprints, which can then lead to specialised carpentry roles.

Working Hours :
5 days a week (days tbc), working hours are either 8am - 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm.
