Hospitality Supervisor Apprentice

Duties will include:

Successful day-to-day supervision of the Restaurant/Bar (team leader, trainee manager, supervisor barista food drink) Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met Ensure all guest complaints are dealt with prominently and efficiently Continuously delivering great customer service A hands-on approach to be able to lead and set a good example to others Serving hot, cold & alcoholic beverages (barista, bar, public house, team member)

Training:

As an apprentice you’ll:

Have regular one-to-one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace Learn and train for a specific job Get paid and receive holiday leave Get hands-on experience in a real job Study for at least 20% of your working hours Complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship

Training Outcome:

This vacancy is for the duration of the apprenticeship (15 months) with the possibility of permanent employment upon the completion of the apprenticeship programme.

In 10 years we have grown our business organically and now have two award-winning pubs in our portfolio. We hope to grow our pub company in the coming years, but need your help to do it.

Working Hours :
Working a minimum of 40 hours per week, afternoon, evening & weekends, must be flexible. Shifts TBC.
