Customer Service Apprenticeship

Dealing with enquiries over the telephone and by email. Allocating enquiries.   Providing feedback to customers. Excellent introduction to a customer service role where skills are transferable. There will also be a career path for the successful candidate. 

Training Outcome:

It is anticipated that, upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship, and assuming good performance, that a permanent position will be available.
