Business Administration Apprentice - Customer Service & Billing

Key Responsibilities

Support the team with all aspects of Sales Order Processing in line with company policy Support the billing team in processing and issuing client invoices accurately and on time Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and document management  Respond to client queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Help maintain CRM and billing systems, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records Assist with reporting tasks and internal communications Help track contract renewals, service tickets, and subscriptions Undertake general administrative duties including scanning, filing, and preparing documentation Attend training and development sessions as part of the apprenticeship program

Training:

The apprentice will be allocated with an assessor who will visit them within the workplace once every 6-8 weeks.

In addition, the apprentice will be required to attend an online lesson once a month, to work towards their Business Administration Standard.



Training Outcome:

There is the potential for a permanent position on completion of this apprenticeship, for the succesful candidate.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
