IT Support Apprentice
Support the day-to-day running of the school's IT systems
Provide first-line support to students and staff
With support, manage the courtesy laptop programme
Help students with login and connectivity issues
Assist with the return and repair process for devices
Training:
IT Solutions Technician Level 3.
Training will take place at work, and it is estimated that this will be for approximately 6-hours per week.
Training Outcome:
This is a fixed term apprenticeship position for 2-years with the potential to progress into a permanent IT Technician role upon successful completion of the programme.

Working Hours :
8.00am until 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am until 3.30pm Friday inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break daily.
