Electrical Apprentice

Your main duties will be:

Assemble/construct LV panels and HVAC systems Help install or modify electrical panels in the workshop or on site Carry out duties deemed necessary for the smooth running of the business

Training:
Installation Electrician and Maintenance Electrician Standard Electrotechnical Level 3 English and maths (if required) Level 2

Training Outcome:

Become proficient in panel building and on site install work. If it is of interest the employee can gain experience in designing panels using 3D computer software. Employee can learn how to quote for future works if this is of interest.

Employer Description:
Wiremek formed over 30 years ago and are specialists in the Design and Manufacture of LV Switchboards,Energy Management Controls (BMS) Panels, PFC (Power Factor Correction) panels, PDU Panels, Control Panels, ATS/ Mains to Generator Panels. Wiremek also carries out Inspection and Maintenance of Switchgear, On-site Modifications to Switchboards. Replacement of old switchgear to new switchgear whilst retaining cabling.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:00 - (30-minute lunch break) Friday 07:30 - 15:30 - (30-minute lunch break)
