Credit Controller Apprentice - Level 2
Assisting in monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances.
Contacting customers regarding overdue payments via phone and email.
Helping to reconcile accounts and resolve queries efficiently.
Supporting the preparation of reports on outstanding debts.
Learning how to assess credit risks and recommend appropriate actions.
Providing general administrative support to the Credit Control team.
Training:
Company wide training (In house)
Credit Controller - Level 2 qualification delivered virtually
Functional Skills in English and maths if required
Apprentice's will spend at least 6 hours a week on their apprenticeship training and can use the office for this
Training Outcome:
Possibility to move into a career as a professional level Credit Controller

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, with one hour unpaid lunch.
