Location: Telford, Shropshire

Salary: £19.00 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 12 hour shift

Schedule: 4 days on 4 days off, 7am - 7pm

Our client, a well established nursing home is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team.



The Role:

You will report directly to the Registered Manager and support them in responding to provider audits in a timely manner.

Your role will involve conducting supervisions and appraisals to ensure adherence to best practices.



Duties:

? Preparing, updating, and evaluating Resident Care Plans.
? Monitoring and maintaining high standards of care for residents.
? Interacting with residents to understand their needs, resolving any issues as appropriate.
? Ensuring all day staff on your shift contribute effectively to the efficient operation of the Home.
? Reporting any signs of ill-health among residents and promptly requesting GP/Professional visits when necessary.
? Performing general nursing work and providing personal care as required.
? Administering prescribed medication and maintaining accurate records following Company guidelines.


Requirements:

? Previous experience in a similar role
? Must hold a valid NMC Pin
