Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £30k - £40k DOE + Excellent Benefits

Our client, a reputable primary healthcare practice is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join their team.

You will perform initial assessments of patients presenting with wounds, develop treatment plans, and make appropriate referrals to other services when necessary.

Conduct routine screening processes as required.


The Role:

? Conduct nursing interventions and measurements for patients,
? Lead the Corporate Flu clinics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
? Administer medications via injection with the necessary legal authorisation.
? Utilising clinical judgment to deliver high-quality, patient-focused Nursing Services to both private individuals and corporate clients.
? Identify opportunities for health promotion and provide brief, targeted lifestyle advice using motivational interviewing techniques.
? Measure circulation by recording Ankle Brachial Pressure Index and administer compression therapy to patients with venous leg ulcers.


Requirements:

? A minimum of 2 years experience in a practice nurse role.
? Possess Registered Nursing qualification
? Reliable and flexible, capable of adapting to the evolving needs of the practice.
? Demonstrated ability to work calmly and efficiently, even in high-pressure situations.
