Fire Surveyor Inspector

A client within the Public Sector based in Greater London is currently recruiting for a Fire Surveyor/Inspector to join their team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role
Key purpose of the role is to work on Capital and Cyclical maintenance projects on housing
stock owned by the client from inception to completion, along with some mechanical and electrical works and fire safety works.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Effectively project manage a range of housing refurbishment projects
To produce and develop specifications and schedule of works resulting from the

actions identified in the fire risk assessment programme in accordance with
regulatory standards and best practice.



To ensure the actions from the fire risk assessment programme are closed off


The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require

NEBOSH Fire Safety Management certificate or equivalent fire

safety management or engineering qualification

A2 Fire door inspection certification, inspector, or a minimum


The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £30 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
