Person specification:Candidates must have:
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People)At least 2 years’ experience in a supervising and management of staffing in a care role.Previous experience meeting the regulatory requirements with Ofsted at a “Good” or “Outstanding” levelAccess to a reliable form of transportation
