They operate from a large, well-equipped site in Bournemouth and have a steady order book with strong client demand. CNC Router Role & Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for programming and running a CNC Router to produce precision components from CAD drawings. This role suits someone confident working independently and collaborating with the wider production team to meet quality and delivery targets. - Programming and operating CNC router - Reading and interpreting CAD drawings - Performing pre-use safety checks - Working from drawings - Moving materials using overhead crane - Reporting defects and workflow issues - Keeping work area clean, safe and organised - Assisting with timekeeping, records, and occasional team support What You’ll Need as a CNC Router - At least 4 years’ experience in CNC Router Programming role - Confident reading technical drawings - Experience working with a range of materials like composites & woods - Proactive attitude and team player mentality Company Benefits - £35-40k - Overtime opportunities - Pension scheme - Free on-site parking What Next?
