Defendant EL/PL Solicitor – Remote

A leading UK law firm is looking for an experienced Defendant EL/PL Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its fast-growing Casualty Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity to specialise in EL/PL claims in a national firm.

As a Defendant EL/PL Solicitor, you will be:

Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims valued up to £100k, while assisting on higher value claims. Delivering work that meets internal and client KPIs/SLAs. Drafting, negotiating, and advising on strategy to secure effective resolutions. Applying current case law and legal knowledge. Engaging with clients and contributing to wider team objectives. Supporting client development and relationship-building activities. Participating in training and knowledge-sharing to keep your technical skills sharp.

What we’re looking for:

Solid experience handling defendant EL/PL claims. Strong technical knowledge and a commercially astute approach to litigation. Confident case handler with strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Motivated, collaborative and eager to grow within a high performing team.
