We are working in partnership with a successful and fast-growing independent food retailer to recruit a talented and commercially minded Buyer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led business during an exciting phase of expansion and transformation
About the Role
As Buyer, you will play a key role in shaping the product range, enhancing supplier relationships, and driving commercial performance across a multi-site retail business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the leadership team to develop and deliver a successful and compelling retail offer.

We are looking for an experienced food Buyer who:
Has solid experience in independent food retail (such as premium delis, food halls, or high-quality convenience stores)Understands how to build, price, and manage a commercially successful product rangeBrings strong commercial acumen, with a keen eye for trends and product performanceHas experience developing internal systems across buying, stock control, and pricingThrives in entrepreneurial and fast-paced environmentsIs passionate about food, quality, and customer experienceIf you are a commercially driven Buyer with a passion for independent food retail, we would love to hear from you.
