Child Protection Social Worker Part-time

A Local Authority in Buckinghamshire is looking for a part-time Social Worker to join their Child Protection Team.

This is a Locum Social Work role.
The ideal Social Worker will have knowledge and experience working in a safeguarding environment.

The key to success in this role is to be able to start a contract confidently without the need for supervision.

There is an option to do three days pw to include Monday and Thursday or Four days pw to include Wednesday.

Your responsibilities as a part-time Child Protection Social Worker:

Assessing the needs of individual children and their families for social care service
Designing and arranging for provision of appropriate care services
Providing direct social work assistance to children and families
Build effective relationships with other agencies in pursuance of effective service provision

Requirements of you as a part-time Child Protection Social Worker:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)


A valid Social Work England registration
A valid UK driving licence


Location: South-East England, Buckinghamshire
Umbrella pay rate: £42.00 per hour
