Senior Support Worker

Are you an experience Support Worker working within Children's residential and looking for your next step up?

My client is a leading nation provider of children's services and is looking for a fun, dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to come and join their home in Market Drayton.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To work alongside the Home Manager supporting the overall running of the home and junior members of the team
Support the Children and Young People through their educational and life developments learning new skills and setting new achievable goals.
Create, develop, and maintain professional relationships with the residents, families, internal and external stakeholders.
Continue to support the staff in their development through training and passing along your knowledge.
Continue to support the Home Manager to maintain compliance of OFSTED regulations.
Ad hoc duties when required.


What we need from you:

Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience working with children and young people with additional needs and challenging behaviours.
Driver is preferred.
Ability to work shifts including weekends and sleep ins.


Location - Market Drayton
Salary - up to £31,500 Including Sleeps (additional overtime available)
