Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a prominent provider in the construction industry, offering comprehensive solutions for equipment sales, rental, and service.

With a well-established facility and a comprehensive fleet of specialist equipment, they have built a strong reputation and are now seeking a Group Operations Managerto join their team.

Duties:

? Oversee the smooth functioning of the Service and Rental divisions
? Manage and support staff to maximise productivity and ensure customer satisfaction
? Uphold health and safety regulations
? Optimise operational efficiency
? Foster interdepartmental collaboration
? Maximise equipment availability for optimal utilisation


Requirements:

? Previous experience in a similar role
? Strong management experience with an engineering/mechanical background
? Proficiency in health and safety regulations and procedures
? Excellent planning and organisational abilities
? Effective communication and leadership skills
