£24,000 pa plus bonus

The Company:

My client is one of the leading nurseries in Bristol, they cater for circa 89 children from babies up to 5 years.

The Nursery has a capacity for more than 89 children and outdoor space, with an in-house training provider.

The Role:
I am looking for both full-time and part-time Qualified Nursery Practitioners who are seeking an inspiring new challenge.

Essential Requirements:

? Hold an NVQ in childcare or equivalent
? At least 1 year's experience in a childcare setting.


? Previous experience in a similar role
? You will have a great understanding of the EYFS and a passion and enthusiasm for childcare.
? You will have great communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.


? Good timekeeping, organisation, and be reliable.


Responsibilities:

? You will develop and maintain positive relationships with children and families
? Assisting with the planning and delivery of a wide range of activities to meet children's needs;
? Working within the EYFS and promote high standards of care for the children.
? Helping maintain a child-centred environment; and use observation and reflective practice to contribute to planning and evaluation in the setting.
? You will assume responsibility for key children and ensure their developmental needs are met, accurately recorded, and learning diaries are up to date
? You will have passion and enthusiasm for safeguarding children and delivering high standards of care.
