Accounting Apprentice (Assistive Solutions)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Team Member to support our day-to-day financial processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Finalising and issuing invoices to clients Handling billing processes and ensuring timely submissions Managing debtors, including monitoring outstanding accounts and following up on payments Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation Performing account and bank reconciliations Supporting general administrative and finance-related tasks as needed Draft Invoicing Finalising Invoices Billing Debtors management Record keeping/maintenance Reconciliation General admin
