Job Title              Events Manager - Countryside HotelSalary:                 £35,000 - £40,000 + BenefitsLocation:             NorthamptonWe are working with a beautiful countryside hotel in Northampton who are looking for an experienced and motivated Events Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for leading the events team to drive sales across private hire bookings, as well being responsible for the coordination and mangement of on-site wellness events for guests.The ideal candidate will have experience across event sales and management, ideally from a premium hotel background and can build strong relationships with new and existing clients.About the role:
Manage the events team to drive sales and convert enquiriesEvent Management, from initial client enquiry, through to planning in the final days up to the eventCoordination and management of on-site wellness events for guestsWokr closely with marketing to promote the eventsMonitor sales performance, analysing the current market and competitor venuesIdentify new events and opportunities to target using proactive sales and marketing initiativesPreparing of monthly and weekly reports 
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience of sales and event managementExperience of managing event budgets aAbility to multi-task and work well under pressureExcellent communication skills – verbal and writtenExperience of creating a successful sales strategyPersonable and well presented
