IT Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum DOE
Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Our client is a thriving business technology company based in Ferndown.
Due to continued growth, out client has an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join their highly skilled in-house team.

Cisco, Juniper and other technical world leaders, our client is looking for a motivated and confident individual to join their busy Service Operations team.
As a member of the Service Operations team, you’ll receive structured training to ensure you can provide customers with the best advice and guidance every day.
With progression, you’ll have the opportunity to specialise in an area of business you are interested in, whether that be cloud platform and data, cyber security, productivity and collaboration, or connectivity.
Main Responsibilities:
Delivering high levels of customer service and technical support
Acting as the main point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and guidance
Resolving issues and requests efficiently to maintain our outstanding rectification times
Configuring customer requirements and identifying appropriate solutions
To be successful as an IT Support Engineer, you need to have:
Excellent communication and listening skills
The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
A talent for solving problems
Desire to learn with a drive for continuous development
