SALES LEDGER FIFE £20,000 - £22,000 + BENEFITS IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AVAILABLE
Get Recruited is partnered with a global Engineering business based in Fife.
They’re looking to hire a Sales Ledger to join a busy Accounts team of 4 and report into the Financial Controller.
SALES LEDGER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Reviewing invoice details generated by the ordering systems and verifying accuracy and completeness.
Processing invoices through Sage
Ensuring correct allocation of invoice collection dates and methods
Daily cash allocations to customer accounts.
Chase any overdue accounts to ensure prompt receipt of cash.
Build relationships with operational business teams to collaboratively resolve customer billing and account queries.
Liaise with Field based Engineers to ensure Invoice details are accurate and up to date
Provide analysis to support ledger clean-up and any write-off activities.
Any ad-hoc tasks or analysis as required.
SALES LEDGER DESIRED EXPERIENCE
Sage experience desirable or Xero or QuickBooks
Intermediate MS Excel
Credit Control / Sales Ledger experience of 2 years +
FOR THIS THE SALES LEDGER WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO £22,000 BASE + BENEFITS TO APPLY:
