Salary: £23k(1st year OTE of £30k-£40k)
My client is a global brand that enables their clients to monitor their fleet of commercial vehicles from anywhere in the world.
Their core objective is to help businesses realise the commercial benefits of vehicle tracking services and to help them reduce costs across all their operations.
No matter the size of the fleet, vehicle tracking is proven to benefit businesses by increasing productivity, reducing fuel bills and improving customer service.
My client is currently looking to recruit an Inside Sales Executive to join their sales department and contribute to the continual growth of their business.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, target driven and reliable individual, in search of a new opportunity.
First year realistic OTE of £30k-£40k, top performers in team on OTE £65k-£80k and for the right candidate there is also great opportunity to progress within the company.
? Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
? Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
? Inbound/outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective contacts, to secure online appointments for the Business Development Executives.
? Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality appointments and are booked in advance considering travel times.
? Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives.
? Support with the administration duties including diary management.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
? Ideally 2 years experience within a B2B sales role selling to SME's
? Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
? Experience of working with a CRM system is desirable.
? Willingness to learn sales skills.
