As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform with a particular focus on asset management capabilities.


Responsibilities:



Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with an emphasis on asset management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Provide expertise in the integration of ServiceNow with other systems, including CMDB and third-party tools.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and standard operating procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development and asset management.


Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on asset management modules and processes.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly in the area of asset management.

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, integrations, and custom application development.

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Asset Management.

Additional experience with Configuration Management, and Discovery would be a bonus.

Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Asset Management, are highly desirable.
