Employee Relations Assistant
Contract – Permanent
Location – 249 Birmingham Road, Wylde Green, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands – B72 1EA
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am-5pm) with 2 days based in the above location
Salary – £20,000 - £25,000 DOE
Qualifications – CIPD Level 5 or working towards qualification

KIDS are seeking an Employee Relations Assistant to join our amazing team and support the creation of a productive work environment that aligns with our organisational values and goals.
Working collaboratively with our Head of People your role will be to ensure that all employees have the necessary training, information, and resources to maximise their productivity within the workplace.
By fostering positive employee relations and providing support throughout the employee lifecycle, you will contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities:
Manage the HR email inbox
Understand and communicate policies on all People related issues
Organise, update and manage employee records
Report on employee data
Ability to manage own ER caseload with support from our Head of People
Assist with HR due diligence and TUPE related activity
Assist with basic payroll queries
