Restaurant Size: 110 covers (150–200 daily)

We’re partnering with a thriving London restaurant group known for its bold flavours and high-volume service. This is a standout opportunity for a Sous Chef to grow within a structured, ambitious brand.
The Restaurant:
• Flagship American grill with a loyal following
• Branded menus featuring smoky BBQ, ribs, and Southern comfort dishes
• Part of a top group with expansion plans
• Busy lunch/dinner service (45–48-hour weeks, paid overtime as days in lieu)
The Ideal Sous Chef:
• Proven experience in high-volume branded restaurants
• Strong leadership – can motivate a brigade of 18–20 chefs
• Obsessed with consistency, speed, and quality
• Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced grill environment
