The Successful Senior Maintenance Engineer Will Have:

Time-served Engineer with Mechanical or Electrical Level 3 Qualification Proven experience in FMCG or fast-moving manufacturing Confident in leading a shift team, supporting less experienced engineers Strong focus on safety, first-time fixes, and team culture Commutable to Lincolnshire

The Senior Maintenance Engineer Role:

Leading and motivating the shift engineering team Rapid response to breakdowns and unplanned downtime Driving a first-fix culture and a continuous improvement mindset Overseeing planned maintenance and optimising asset performance Using CMMS for accurate real-time updates and handovers
