Customer Service Manager – London Role: Contact Centre & Customer Service Manager Location: London Salary: Up to £30,000 I am currently looking for a Contact Centre and Customer Service Manager for a fantastic Leisure company in London! The Contact Centre and Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the daily running and management of the Centre through the effective use of resources to deliver sales targets.The Contact Centre and Customer Service Manager will ensure that through their team, customers receive a friendly, professional and consistently high-quality service helping to resolve various queries, close any sales enquiries, identify up sell, cross sell at every opportunity.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily running of the Contact Centre, including effective resource planning and implementing Contact Centre strategies and operations.Ensure booking processes across all sales areas are up to date, running smoothly and appropriately trained to teamsReview the performance of the team, identify training needs and plan training sessions.Manage customer service processes- ensuring all Avius, Exprezz forms, trip advisor reviews etc are responded to in a timely manner by the team and assisting with this when needed.Managing customer service complaint escalations over the phone and via Avius when management assistance needed.Report on contact centre call handle and response rates weekly and on customer service volume and common themes, quarterly and after any peak periods.
