An upscale 16th century 3-Silver-Star rated hotel is looking for a full-time dynamic Senior Waiter for its Worcestershire operations.

The Job Role:
? You will be responsible for the departmental staffs, very hands on role lead by examples, under the control of the Restaurant Manager or the F&B Supervisor for Breakfast shift, Lunch and Dinner.
? You will be required to maintain the high standards of service across the hotel to ensure amazing guest experience.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
? Rosette experiences an advantage, but not essential.
? High levels of customer service, care, and problem solving.
? Able to deal with complains satisfactorily and promptly.
? Capable of arranging small Banqueting Events.
? Knowledge in hygiene, health & safety stands of hotel and ability to maintain the same standards within department.
