Salary: Up to£50,000 + bonus

As Restaurant Manager you will manage and develop the F&B team in the restaurant outlet to the highest level. Manage the team and ensure that staff morale is highOversee the training and development of the teamConduct staff reviews and action in areas in need of trainingManage the P&L and PayrollWork closely with the events teamWork closely with the Head Chef & General ManagerResponsible for the daily operations

Previous experience working in a similar role A strong knowledge of Food & BeverageWell organised with an eye for detailProven business & financial successA born leader with excellent communication skillsMust have a fine dining background
