Receptionist (Must have Enhanced DBS)
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and managing the front desk
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Booking meeting rooms and managing schedules
• General administrative tasks to support the team
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
• Must have Enhanced DBS
• Previous reception or front-of-house experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong customer service approach
• Confident, presentable, and proactive
• Comfortable with general office duties
