Ward Manager

Ward Manager - Women’s Mental Health – Exeter - £42k – 37.5hrs per week

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to lead a clinical team across this 16-bed, acute inpatient ward, supporting women who have enduring mental health problems.

You will have a great team reporting into you, including a Deputy Manager, Junior and Senior Nurses and Support Workers.

You will design and deliver training and supervisions within a clinical environment.

As a Manager you will also be responsible for the overall running of the wards including managing budgets, clinical governance and ensuring procedures are being adhered to.

You will also co-ordinate the on-call service.

Ensuring high standards of care for all the women on the ward, you will be responsible for changing the lives and inspiring

Your skills and experience:

RMN/RMNH/RNLD/RN/RNC Qualification
Senior Nurse / Manager in similar setting
