We are recruiting for a highly anticipated new restaurant opening in Mayfair, featuring an open kitchen with live fire cooking and a Mediterranean small plates concept. This venue is positioned to become one of London's most notable new dining destinations and we seek talented Chef de Parties to join the team.

Refined yet approachable fine dining featuring small plates and shared dishesFocus on bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and precision techniqueWood and charcoal open-fire cookingSeasonal lunch and dinner menusRequirements:
Genuine passion for seasonal, flavor-focused cuisineMinimum 2 years’ experience in quality kitchens (fine dining, bistros or wine bars preferred)Competent on all sections (all stations will be considered)Collaborative team mentality with strong work ethicBenefits:
