We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef to take charge of the kitchen at a stunning hotel in Kent! This is a rare opportunity for a Head Chef in the area to lead a beautiful hotel located in a region already buzzing with tourism. We’re seeking an ambitious Head Chef who’s passionate about fresh food and crafting everything from scratch. Head Chef requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef fresh food restaurant, hotel or gastro pub.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, train, and manage a brigade.Passion for seasonal produce, modern British cuisine, and creative menu development.
