Diecaster / Trainee Diecaster
Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Diecaster for our prestigious client based in Willenhall.
Our client are a leading manufacturer supplying precision aluminum and zinc castings to a wide range of prestigious clients.
Salary: £13.21 - £14.21phr (night shifts 15% night allowance)

Operate high-pressure die casting machines (aluminum and/or zinc)Prepare dies, check shot weights and monitor machine settings to ensure consistent outputPerform in cycle and first off part inspections using gauges, micrometers and visual checksIdentify and report defects or mechanical issues promptlyMaintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and machine maintenanceAssist with die changes and routine machine set ups as neededSupport production targets while maintaining quality and efficiencyContribute to continuous improvement activities and team problem solvingIn order to be considered for the role of Die Caster:
Proven experience in high pressure die casting or a similar metal-forming processStrong understanding of die casting machine operation and basic troubleshootingAbility to read technical drawings and use precision measurement toolsSolid awareness of safety protocols in an industrial environmentCommitted to upholding a safety-first culture in all aspects of workMaintain high awareness of health and safety standards, contributing to a safe workplace for self and colleaguesPlease note: For this role our client is open to considering candidates for a Trainee Diecaster role – in order to be considered for a Trainee Diecaster:
Background in manufacturing, foundry, metal fabrication, forging, casting or constructionComfortable working with heat, heavy machinery and physical tasksPositive attitude and eagerness to learn a specialist tradePunctual, reliable and a strong team playerCan demonstrate a proactive approach to health and safety, ensuring compliance with all site procedures and risk controlsHours of Work:
Day shift & night shift available
10-12 hour shifts
(Successful night candidate must be able to work days during training period)
Day shifts – 6am – 8am start
